App: Sortwise: Color Sort Puzzle

You only have a Sortwise account if you tapped Sign in with Google in the game. Playing as a guest creates no account.
Request deletion by email (no app needed)

Email vladimir.dutan@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Sortwise account", or "Delete my Sortwise cloud save" if you want to keep your account and remove only your saved progress in the cloud.

Write the email address of the Google account you signed in with. Sending from that address is quickest.

We may reply once to confirm the request comes from you.

We complete the deletion, including from backups, within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Or delete in the app (immediate)

Whole account: Settings > Account > Delete account and data, then Continue and Delete for good. Google may ask you to confirm your account first. You can keep your progress on this phone or reset it. Your other phones can't upload the deleted data again.

Cloud save only: Settings > Account > Delete cloud save. Your account and the progress on your phones stay. Syncing pauses on all your phones until you tap Sync now on one of them. A deletion marker (just the date) stays online until then.
What is deleted

Account deletion: your Sortwise sign-in (Firebase user ID, and the name, email address and profile picture link Google provided) and your cloud save.

Cloud save: campaign progress, Daily results and trophies, and the Remove Ads flag stored for syncing.
Deletion is immediate in the app and complete, including backups, within 30 days. In the app, your cloud save and your sign-in are deleted at once. A deletion marker with no progress in it (only the dates) stays online for up to 30 days, then it is removed.
What is kept

Progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the game (or choose "reset").

Google Play Games saved games, achievements and leaderboard scores stay in your Play Games account. Delete them in the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) aren't linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 2 months.

Your Remove Ads purchase stays in your Google Play account so you can restore it. Google keeps purchase records under its own policies.
